Gender and Green Jobs: Women’s Opportunities in Emerging Green Sectors in West Africa
This Community of Practice focuses on advancing women’s access to decent work and entrepreneurship in the green economy of the ECOWAS region. Members exchange evidence, policies and programmes on women’s participation in renewable energy, climate‑smart agriculture, circular economy, sustainable transport and other green sectors, and identify pathways to close gender gaps in skills, finance and innovation.
