Gender in Intergovernmental Climate Processes: From Africa Climate Week to COP30
This Community of Practice supports ECOWAS stakeholders to engage effectively in intergovernmental climate processes, including the UNFCCC Gender Action Plan (GAP). Members exchange experiences from Africa Climate Week and the road to COP30, share tools for integrating gender into NDCs and negotiations, and coordinate advocacy for stronger gender‑responsive climate governance.
