Human Capital Development is implemented to effectively strengthen women’s and girls’ access to essential social services, in particular education and health. One of the aims of this programme is to promote the socio-economic development of women in the regional area. More specifically, it involves putting in place support mechanisms to remove constraints and barriers to access to economic opportunities.
